The afternoon ticket is a discounted ticket. It cannot be combined with other discounts or a free ticket! Tickets are non-refundable.

The Wildcard Plus includes a flat-rate parking fee for the summer season. One Wildcard Plus is sufficient per vehicle. You should therefore purchase the Wildcard Plus for the person who is always or usually present. This can even be a child! Without the Wildcard Plus, a parking fee of €5.50 per vehicle is charged for each visit

You can also purchase the Wildcard as a gift. When placing your order, please be sure to enter the recipient's full information.

When you purchase the Wildcard online, you will receive a temporary, one-time-use ticket via email, which you must exchange for the Wildcard (in a convenient credit card format) at our information desk. Refunds, including partial refunds, are not possible! If the card is damaged or lost, we will issue you a replacement at the information desk for a fee of 5 euros.

Gift certificate valid for admission, bus and VIP tours, the gift shop and the park’s restaurants. Redeemable at the park and in our online store.

The vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase and can be used on all days the park is open (summer and winter seasons, as well as special event days). They cannot be redeemed for cash and no replacements will be issued if lost. They cannot be used for overnight stays or group bookings. Please note that the vouchers are valid only for the park’s own food and beverage outlets and therefore do not apply to some kiosks and snack bars!
